Hello, our inground lamps’ working voltage are DC12V(part of them are 85-264V). we have standard DC 12V power supply, you can use your own DC 12V power supply too.

Hello, the distance between lamp and lamp decided by the wire, usually, wire length have 0.5m,1m,2m. if you need to extend the distance, you can buy a extension cord, we advice the distance not exceeding 3m, that will affect the lamps’ working efficiency and life.

All of our lamps are lower power, just act as decoration or night-light, their output power are 0.3-1w, lumen output are 5-100LM.

Hello, our connection way is very easy, just need to connect the male connector with female connector between lamp and lamp, at the same time, please notice the positive terminal and negative terminal when connection, follow the indicating arrow to connect. Opposite direction or wrong connection will result in the lamp doesn’t work.

Firstly, check the connection to see if the positive terminal and negative terminal in correct place, if most of the lamps don’t work, please connect them with the power supply one by one. If all of the lamp don’t work, that must be the power supply have problem, please contact us to change the power supply.
